Our Process

We host clinics rather than tryouts (and have a call back process) so that you can get a preview of our program and we can work closely with your player. This helps you make a more informed decision on whether to join us, and helps us ensure the players who join our program will be successful here.

Player ID Clinic

Your player will work with our coaches in a clinic setting that mirrors our practices.

After the clinic, you will receive a decision on whether your player is invited to call backs.

Call Backs

Your player will be part of a small group (3-6 players) and go through a series of hitting drills (getting direct feedback from our coaches).

After call backs, your player will receive a decision on whether he made our teams.

Roster Decision

For our age groups that have multiple teams, we do not determine specific rosters until February 1st. Until then, all players in an age group practice together in our Fall program and the first month of Winter training.

This allows us to put our players in the best position possible to continue their development in the Spring.

Our National teams generally compete in the elite division of the PG League; our American teams Major or AAA.
